Julianne’s Star 17, 18 from Virtual Quilter

All the blocks are the same in these designs, but the placement of colour makes some very different looking stars.

I often wonder why so many star designs are made up with a light background. The stars in the sky show up much better in a dark sky.

Love the design above … a very jolly combination of Christmas colours.

Love the second design too … I think, maybe , my favourite is the first, but I may be wrong!
